There is a growing rate of DUI Arrests in this country
and every state everyday and in a fair amount of those cases the people arrested didn’t have any good reason to be behind
the wheel of the vehicle they were driving.
Now there are a big percentage of people that are arrested and are prosecuted
because they had a drink or two and were not impaired and were still arrested because the laws have been changed to be biased
against the suspected drunk driver to arrest, prosecute, and convict good ordinary people that were driving just fine and
were singled out by the police and were arrested for having a drink at dinner or whatever the circumstances they were otherwise
ok to drive but since the laws have been so watered down our rights and freedoms have been compromised by the organizations
out there who are hell bent on hanging everyone who drinks a beer and drives a car and put them into jail or prison.
I
know I am going to get a lot of hate mail and my intent is not to get people off for obvious drinking and driving charges
where they were way over the legal limit and swerving and obviously a danger on the road but I don’t think that there are
many people out there in major cities and even small towns in California, Denver, Nevada, and other pro DUI States that reward
police for the more DUI's they get no matter how they get them. This is an informational site intended to help those charged
with DUI and who need help or answers and in the beginning it is mostly going to be for Orange County DUI defendants and hopefully
there will be some lawyers who will use this site and will help answer questions for those people and people who have used
DUI attorneys that took their money and left them in no better a position then if they went to court and handled their case
themselves. I would like this to be a resource for people who are on the other side of this law and have nowhere to turn
for help and maybe we can get some laws changed ourselves to get some of those people who’s rights were trampled on
and convicted of a DUI and spent thousands of dollars or spent moths and even years in jail or prison for DUI's that were
not drunk at the time of driving or were not as impaired as the officer claimed you were could get some of their experiences
on my blog and I would like this to also be a house arrest info blog too because that is lacking badly and I am just not in
the financial place to order a house arrest domain and blog and get that started just yet so maybe someone will read what
I have to say on one or two of the other pages I am going to put up and not feel so bad after hearing my story or get some
comfort that they are not the only ones who have gotten a DUI and didn’t commit the crime they were accused of or are
in need of legal help and need direction for a good attorney and can’t afford one or can’t afford to pay for one
who is just going to take your money and run and leave you with a terrible outcome.

a country of right and laws and it is terrible that drinking and driving is such a two faced crime and that there are so many
terrible procedures and officer statements and now it isn’t just the officer you have to worry about.It can be a private citizen who has a grudge and sees you having a completely
legal drink in your own home after you drove home sober and then calls and says that they saw you stagger out to your car
or almost cause an accident or whatever they decide to tell the police who will coach them on what to say and what will be
put on the report and they will get a copy so read it and learn it because you are helping win the war into the deadly killers
out there driving and killing innocents.I really
hope that we can all use our common sense and think about what the constitution was written for and that was to protect our
right from unfair prosecution and give everyone due process but that isn’t what is happening now a days.Guess what?You can be arrested in your home and charged for DUI without ever driving your vehicle if someone
who says you were and they have an alternative motive for getting you into trouble and causing you tens of thousands of dollars
and ruin your life for ten years and maybe in ten years that will be extended.How many people have been exonerated of DUI based on faulty equipment and bad police work but to
get that discovered you need a real DUI attorney and Coffey and Coffey in Newport Beach are not that kind of firm.They will take your money and get you the first and worse
possible deal and you will have little to no choice to do what they say because they will have wasted all of your court dates
and leave you within three days of trial and ell you that you will lose even if you have a strong case because they don’t
care about you or what happens to you and if you don’t have the money to get a great lawyer you are going to be convicted
unless you have a miracle.How about the laws
that have been changed and changed back in the last 7 years?Back
then breathalyzers were anything but perfect.I
just don’t know and I want everyone who was arrested to use this site to ask for advice and use the blog and hopefully
you will get some good advice form a competent attorney and maybe we will get some support from friends and families and defendants
being taken advantage of by Police and the DA’s and the Courts.I is an injustice and needs o be addressed before everyone you know will have been convicted of a DUI
and it isn’t always going to be because they were really impaired.Please know that I don’t think that the police will be truthful in their statements if what
you say in their investigation and will do anything to keep their quotas and awards for getting the most DUI’s.That doesn’t seem to be very objective and fair and
the police are paid by us and they treat us like criminals right from the start when you are pulled over and they have the
smell of alcohol on their breath and one drink will get you a DUI and I don’t care what you say or think you will.It isn’t about innocents or guilt any longer.It is about money and getting you into the system and you
are stuck for ten years.That doesn’t seem
fair either.If you were a .20 and caused an accident
then maybe you do but nowadays I just don’t know anymore what the truth is about the DUI Investigation and court proceeding.I just know that it isn’t constitutional to get two
charges for the same crime and be tried through the DMV and the courts and the DMV doesn’t even give you a trial by
Jury or by your peers.It is really the exception
to the constitution.Well I hope that everyone
who visits this site posts their experiences and is truthful and honest about them.I also hope that some attorneys who agree that our rights are being taken away from us and will
maybe have the time and energy to help change the laws or help us legislation.Please help us simple citizens from this truly horrible injustice.

My uncle died for nothing and by the time that my aunt found out it was over and he was gone and she wasn't
able to handle it in the best way for my uncle to have the justice he and his family deserved.
I am not just talking
about her, I am talking about his mother and sister and family on his side that would have done everything in their power
had they not lived in England to get the person responsible charged and prosecuted of DUI and manslaughter because this was
way back in 2003 and the new law was not in effect so that is all he would have got.
Now that person is who the DUI laws
are for and I believe it is hard to know who is that kind of person and who isn’t without having some sort of reliable
test done and standardized on people and also some sort of background looked into on them or an evaluation of their drinking
habits and maybe in those extreme cases those people who are suspected of driving impaired and recklessly should get some
sort of evaluation and background done on them. The laws and I know that I am contradicting myself here a bit but I am
not talking about my uncle’s case here on this post completely. I just want everyone to know that I have lost someone
dear to me that I knew my whole life and loved like he was a best friend, parent, and brother all wrapped up in one and I
am not trying to get true alcoholics off of DUI charges but I also don’t think that a lot of people should get them
just because the laws were once way too lenient and now they are way too strict and in a big part motivated by the government
and by money and political agendas because of pressure by MADD and government and that is the sad truth for
all of the thousands of people who get arrested for DUI and don’t have ten thousand dollars for a top DUI Attorney to
get them off or the charges reduced to what the true charge they actually did, like reckless driving instead of a life changing
and forever lasting DUI Conviction .
